The International Center Komaba Office would like to invite international students at Komaba Campus to this special one-day bus tour to Mt. Fuji. In the morning, we will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center neart the base of Mt. Fuji and learn the ancient history and the cultural importance. Then we will move to Saiko Iyashino Sato Nenba comprised of 22 traditional thatched roof houses that depict old-time scenery. Each house highlights traditional Japanese culture through hands-on experiences such as crafts, sampling of local produce, and an opportunity to dress up in kimono. Before making our way back to Komaba, we will relax in the famous Benifuji-no Yu onsen (hotspring) that overlooks Mt. Fuji.
