Regarding changes in the course registration process

The course registration process as explained in the course’s information session for Global Praxis: Malaysia "RoboCon: Basic robotics amid a multicultural academic environment in Malaysia" (A2 term) has changed.

Please follow the updated process as described below.

November 15 (Thursday): Fill out the course application through the online form (first round of applications)

The applicants of this course are eligible for one of two different scholarships (you cannot receive both). 
+ For those whose academic grading coefficient is 2.0 or greater (JASSO scholarship). Your scholarship application is also made in the course application form.
+ For others. "S-Short (less than 3 months) Study Abroad Scholarships" Visit the Administration Office, International Exchange Office.

Beginning of November

The screening results are announced via e-mail by the course leader.

Beginning of November to end of November: individually buy the below plane ticket

Those who do not have a passport must make the necessary arrangements to obtain one.

Participants in the Global Praxis course will all travel on the same flight.
If you are unable to purchase a ticket for the indicated flight, contact the lecturer in charge as soon as possible.

November 30 (Friday): submit the required documents to the Globalization Office

Submit a copy of a document that confirms your air ticket reservation (such as your confirmation e-mail) and other required documents (which you will be contacted about at a later date) to the Globalization Office.

December 2 (Sunday): (Second round of applications: for students who did not apply in the first round) Fill out the course application through the online form

JASSO scholarships may apply to this course (up to 15 people). However, if the application process falls behind schedule during this time period, the scholarship payments may not be possible, so please be careful of the deadlines.

December 7-13: (for all students who will take the course) period for revising course registration

Beginning of December to mid December: (Second round of applications: for students who did not apply in the first round) individually buy the plane ticket

Please buy the plane ticket as shown in the information above.

February 15 (Friday): course begins

On February 15 (Friday), 10:00-16:00 we will hold a pre-departure class session, and depart Japan on the 17th (Sunday).
