About Us
The International Research and Cooperation Office administers Academic Exchange Agreements between UTokyo, Komaba and educational institutes and universities overseas. We coordinate student exchange programs (KOMSTEP) based on the Memorandum on Student
Exchange and provide information regarding student exchange and scholarships. Our office also provides immigration and lodging information to international researchers (visiting research scholars, JSPS postdoctoral research fellows, etc.)
and assists in acquiring visas and housing. We provide a broad range of guidance and services related to international exchange, such as coordinating international conferences, supporting visitors from overseas, and translating
documents into English.
